AI Data Training Specialist – Electrical Engineering

About the Role

DGH is looking for experienced electrical engineers and electrical engineering educators for contract work training and evaluating advanced AI models. You will use your engineering expertise to review, write, and improve AI-generated explanations and solutions, so AI tools can solve and teach electrical engineering problems accurately and clearly.

What You'll Do

• Solve electrical engineering problems and check AI-generated solutions step by step
• Evaluate AI explanations for technical accuracy, clarity, and teaching quality
• Write electrical engineering questions and model answers at different difficulty levels
• Spot errors in circuit analysis, calculations, units, and engineering reasoning
• Rank and compare multiple AI responses against quality guidelines
• Explain your reasoning clearly in writing

Topics May Include

Circuit analysis, electronics, signals and systems, control systems, power systems, electromagnetics, digital logic, embedded systems, and communications.

Qualifications

• Professional experience as an electrical engineer, electrical engineering educator, or in a related technical role
• Strong understanding of undergraduate-level electrical engineering
• Completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field
• Comfortable with the math used in electrical engineering, including calculus, differential equations, and linear algebra
• Excellent written English and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
• Attention to detail and the ability to follow detailed guidelines

Nice to Have

• Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering
• Professional Engineer (PE) license
• Teaching, curriculum development, or tutoring experience
• Experience with tools such as MATLAB, SPICE, or Simulink
