RochesterCare Pharmacy, an independent community pharmacy, is seeking a caring, dependable pharmacist who enjoys providing personalized care and building relationships with patients.

We offer a full-time position of approximately 40 hours per week or a flexible part-time schedule. Typical weekday hours are 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with some shorter shifts and most weekends off.

Responsibilities:• Accurately review and dispense prescriptions.• Counsel patients on medications and their safe use.• Coordinate with prescribers and support the pharmacy team.• Support medication synchronization and multidose medication packaging.• Maintain accurate records and follow applicable pharmacy requirements.

Qualifications:• Active New York State pharmacist license.• Strong attention to detail, communication, and patient care skills.• Ability to work collaboratively in a community pharmacy setting.
