Sales and Marketing Associate

DisabilityProAI is a tech startup that builds AI-powered software that helps disability law firms review medical records and prepare cases. We’re looking for a motivated, organized person to help grow the business through outbound sales, with some marketing support.

This is a paid, part-time position with flexible hours. You must be able to work in person at our office in North Bethesda, Maryland, twice a week.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Making cold calls, sending outbound emails, and following up with prospects.
• Tracking leads, conversations, and next steps.
• Coordinating advertising and direct-mail letter campaigns.
• Helping create and improve marketing materials and outreach messaging.
• Tracking campaign results and suggesting improvements.
• Also can expand role to customer success

We’re looking for someone who communicates clearly, is comfortable reaching out to new people, and follows through consistently. You should be organized, willing to learn our product, and interested in sales, marketing, or technology. Previous sales or marketing experience is helpful but not required.

You’ll work directly with the founder and gain practical experience selling an AI software product.

Compensation: $20/hr + commission
Expected hours: 5-15 hrs/wk
