After-School K-Pop Dance Instructor

Program: After-School K-Pop Dance
Position Type: Part-Time Contract
Grades: Kindergarden to 2nd Grade
Compensation: $45–$65 per session (depending on experience)

About the Role

We're looking for an energetic and engaging K-Pop Dance Instructor to lead a fun after-school dance program. Students will learn beginner-friendly choreography while building confidence, coordination, rhythm, and teamwork in a positive and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging K-Pop dance classes using provided curriculum.
• Teach beginner-friendly choreography and movement techniques.
• Encourage creativity, confidence, and participation.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom environment.
• Communicate professionally with school staff.
• Submit brief after-class updates following each session.

Requirements

• Experience teaching dance or movement classes is preferred
• Candidates should enjoy working with elementary-aged students
• Must possess strong communication and classroom management skills
• Maintain clear and timely communication with the program team
• Submit after-class reports
• Must be able to commit to the after-school program.
• Applicant must be residing in San Anselmo or within 20 miles of San Anselmo
