Registered Behavior Technician

We're hiring at Connected ABA Collaborative! We're a locally owned, 100% clinic-based ABA provider that believes meaningful therapy and having fun should go hand in hand. Already an RBT? We'd love to meet you! Not certified yet? We can help with that! If you enjoy working with children, have a passion for helping others, and are ready to learn, we'll provide the training and support to help you work toward becoming a certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).

What You'll Do:

• Work 1:1 with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) under the supervision of a BCBA
• Implement individualized treatment plans through engaging, play-based learning
• Help children develop meaningful communication, social, play, and daily living skills
• Track client progress and complete accurate session documentation
• Collaborate with your BCBA and teammates to provide compassionate, high-quality care
• Create a safe, welcoming environment where children feel supported, respected, and encouraged
• Celebrate the little wins, the big milestones, and everything in between!

• Someone who believes therapy should be FUN while maintaining professionalism
• Patient, compassionate, and respectful of each child's individuality and autonomy
• Willing to learn, receive feedback, and continue growing professionally
• Able to follow clinical treatment plans and maintain accurate documentation
• Experience working with children or individuals with ASD is preferred, but we're happy to train the right person!

Job Details:

• Job Types: Full-Time or Part-Time
• Pay: $16.00–$18.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
• Location: In-person at our Birmingham and Gadsden, AL clinics
• Schedule Options: 4-hour or 8-hour shifts
• Monday through Friday (No weekends!)

Additional Info:

• Reliable transportation to/from Gadsden, AL 35903 is required
• Must be able to relocate before starting if applying from out of town
• RBT trainees must complete applicable training and certification requirements before independently performing duties requiring RBT certification
