Entry Level

👋 Game Guide

You're the key to an epic experience. You lead introductions, monitor games and assist guests in real time, and give every group a send-off they'll remember.

After 4–6 Weeks of Success as GG

🫶 Guest Experience Specialist

You're the first and last impression. You own the lobby — checking guests in, booking reservations, answering the phone, and keeping the energy high.

With Experience

💪 Team Leader

You lead the shift. You open and close, uphold our standards by encouraging and coaching your team in the moment, coordinate breaks, and keep everything moving on a busy night.

Already have hospitality or leadership experience? Let us know in your application. Team Leader candidates preferred to have 1–2 years of guest-facing and leadership experience.

What You'll Do.

Across all three roles, your focus is making people's days.

❤️ Guest Experience

• Welcome and check in guests with genuine energy and warmth
• Ask open-ended questions to connect with guests of all ages
• Lead upbeat, conversational game introductions
• Deliver memorable recaps at the end of each experience
• Resolve guest concerns immediately and graciously
• Promote our games and brand enthusiastically
• Coach and encourage teammates during your shift (TL)

⚙️ Shift Operations & Team Support

• Operate game systems and HMI software
• Monitor games live and deliver hints when groups need them
• Reset and clean games accurately between groups
• Drive walk-in traffic and book reservations at the lobby desk
• Complete shift reports and restock inventory
• Open and close the building (TL)
• Coordinate game start times and team member breaks (TL)
• Address minor game maintenance issues (TL)
• Facilitate cash handling and inventory systems (TL)

TEG covers roughly 70% of the monthly medical premium for full time team — that's about $430/month toward your health insurance from us. Add a 401(k) match, company-paid life insurance, and more. We don't know of many hourly entertainment jobs that offer this.

Evenings, Weekends,
And Holidays.

We're upfront about it: TEG is a nights, weekends, and holidays business. If you're a student keeping your days free, a parent who works while the kids are in school, or someone looking for a consistent second job, this schedule is for you. Here's when we typically run the most shifts:

Monday - Friday: 2pm- Close (1030pm-After Midnight)

Saturday - Sunday: 8am-2am

What We Need From You.

• Flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
• Excellent verbal communication skills with guests of all ages
• Excellent interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
• Comfort with basic computer and technology tools
• Ability to lift 30–40 lbs and handle physical activity (cleaning, bending, crawling)
• Ability to use strong magnets to quickly reset game components
• Ability to stand for extended periods (75–80% of shift)
• Alignment with TEG's uniform standards
• Must pass a pre-employment background check
