SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and student-centered elementary teacher to join our team for the 2026–2027 school year. Grade-level assignments may vary (K–5) based on student and school needs. This role is ideal for an educator who is passionate about building strong relationships, delivering high-quality instruction, and maintaining a clear focus on academic achievement. The successful candidate will create a supportive and engaging classroom environment while ensuring all students are challenged, supported, and on a path toward long-term success in college, career, and citizenship.
Responsibilities• Create a positive, structured classroom environment where all students feel supported, challenged, and valued.• Deliver high-quality instruction in literacy, math, science, and social studies aligned to grade-level standards.• Maintain a strong focus on student learning and academic achievement for all students.• Use data to monitor student progress and adjust instruction to meet diverse learning needs.• Build strong relationships with students, families, and colleagues to support student success.• Implement effective classroom management and positive behavioral supports.• Collaborate with colleagues to strengthen instruction and contribute to a cohesive school culture.• Participate in professional learning and continuous improvement efforts.• Support the overall mission and values of the school and district.
Qualifications• Valid Colorado Teaching License (or eligibility).• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.• Strong instructional practices and classroom management skills.• Ability to build positive relationships with students, families, and staff.• Commitment to student growth, academic achievement, and continuous improvement.Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $44,000 – $80,500 for a full annual work calendar.
