Teacher - 4th Grade Bilingual

About the RoleWe're looking for a 4th Grade Bilingual Teacher to join our team. This role is central to our students' academic and linguistic development — you'll deliver instruction in both English and Spanish, helping kids build genuine biliteracy while mastering core subjects like math, science, social studies, and language arts.

What you'll do- Plan and deliver daily lessons in English and Spanish aligned to state standards (TEKS)- Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of English Language Learners and native Spanish speakers- Assess student progress regularly and use data to adjust instruction- Maintain a structured, inclusive, and culturally responsive classroom- Communicate with families — many of whom are Spanish-speaking — about student progress and school events- Collaborate with grade-level team, ESL specialists, and campus leadership- Participate in campus professional development and staff meetings- Complete required documentation including lesson plans, grades, and compliance records

About you- Valid Texas teaching certificate with appropriate bilingual endorsement (or eligibility)- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field- Proficiency in Spanish (spoken and written) — this is not optional- Strong understanding of second language acquisition and biliteracy development- Comfortable using student data to inform instruction

Nice to have- Prior experience teaching in a bilingual or dual-language program- Familiarity with Texas state curriculum and STAAR preparation- Experience working with high-need or Title I school communities
