About the Role

We're looking for three dedicated PreK Bilingual Teachers to join our team for the 2026–2027 school year. You'll work with our youngest learners, building a strong foundation in both English and Spanish through a structured bilingual program. This role matters because the earliest years of school shape how children see learning for the rest of their lives.

What you'll do

- Plan and deliver bilingual (English/Spanish) instruction aligned to Texas PreK guidelines and TEKS- Create a welcoming, structured classroom environment where four-year-olds feel safe and ready to learn- Assess student progress regularly and adjust instruction to meet individual needs- Communicate with families in both English and Spanish — written and verbal- Collaborate with campus staff, interventionists, and administrators- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and required state reports- Participate in professional development and campus-wide initiatives

About you

- Valid Texas teaching certificate (EC–6 Bilingual or EC–6 with Bilingual Supplemental)- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (required)- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field- Prior PreK or early childhood classroom experience preferred- Strong understanding of language acquisition and dual-language development- Patience, creativity, and genuine care for young children

Nice to have

- Experience with bilingual/dual-language program models- Familiarity with Amplify CKLA or similar structured literacy programs- ESL certification
