Franchisee Accounting Specialist

As a Franchisee Accounting Specialist for Jani-King of San Antonio, you will be joining the premeire commercial cleaning franchise company in the country with over 50 years in business and offices in 10+ countries.  You will also be part of a tightknit. local, family oriented team of Adminstrative, Development and Support professionals supporting over 85 Franchise Owners and over 1000 clients throughout San Antonio and South Texas.   

As the Official Cleaning Company of The Dallas Cowboys and the Preferred Cleaning Sponsor of UTSA Athletics, Jani-King is the leader in commercial cleaning franchising in our Market.   Our Executive team has worked together for over 25 years to provide a growing and stable environment for our Regional Office Team Members that our Franchise Owners and Clients can rely on. 

As our Franchisee Accounting Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the customer database, entering daily transactions, e-billing clients, generating and reviewing monthly reports for accuracy and completeness.   You will also interact with client on the phone to answer or clarify any service/billing/payment questions they may have.  

The right candidate will have a positive attitude toward helping our clients receive top quality service, our Franchise Owners receive complete and accurate support and our Jani-King Regional Office Team members can count on you for accurate, consistent and timely information.   Accounting/Business experience is a plus, but not required for the right candidate.
