Flint is seeking motivated individuals to join our Management Training Program. This hands-on leadership development role is designed to prepare future leaders by providing experience in every area of dealership operations, including Sales, Service, Parts, Precision Ag, Administration, and Operations.

What You'll Do

• Rotate through all dealership departments
• Experience day-to-day business operations and leadership skills
• Learn through John Deere University
• Work alongside experienced managers and mentors
• Build relationships with customers and team members
• Develop a personalized career path within Flint 
• Prepare for future management opportunities

Qualifications

• Strong interest in agriculture, equipment, or business management
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated with a desire to learn and lead
• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Business, or related field preferred
