Zo Media Productions, LLC., in partnership with the United Black Family Scholarship Foundation (UBFSF), is a mission-driven publishing and film production cooperative dedicated to amplifying underrepresented voices through literature, documentary filmmaking, and multimedia storytelling. Through initiatives such as the Hundred Stories Project, Zo Media Productions empowers incarcerated writers by creating equitable publishing opportunities, protecting intellectual property rights, and developing sustainable compensation models for authors. Working alongside nonprofit organizations, universities, and community partners, Zo Media Productions is building an innovative media ecosystem centered on social justice, education, restorative storytelling, and creative entrepreneurship.
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee daily operations, organizational logistics, and strategic implementation across Zo Media Productions. The COO will work closely with executive leadership to develop operational systems that support publishing, film production, nonprofit partnerships, fundraising, internship programs, and long-term organizational growth.
