Personnel Committee Member
The United Black Family Scholarship Foundation (UBFSF) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing educational equity, leadership development, and community empowerment through scholarship, advocacy, and innovative initiatives. One of UBFSF's signature initiatives, the Hundred Stories Project, works to empower incarcerated writers by providing pathways to publication, intellectual property ownership, fair compensation, and creative rehabilitation through partnerships with educational institutions, nonprofit organizations, and Zo Media Productions. The organization also supports grant development, internship programs, public policy initiatives, and strategic partnerships that strengthen opportunities for underserved communities.
UBFSF is seeking dedicated professionals to serve on its Personnel Committee. Committee members help cultivate a strong organizational culture by supporting volunteer recruitment, internship development, leadership succession, personnel policies, and organizational growth while ensuring the Foundation remains mission-driven and people-centered.
