About InfinityEd

InfinityEd provides personalized education services, enrichment programs, workshops, and academic support for children and families.

We are launching InfinityEd Spanish Explorers, a hands-on enrichment program for local families with children ages 2–5. Each class blends beginner Spanish, seasonal science, art, books, movement, social-emotional learning, and meaningful peer connection.

We are seeking a warm, dependable, bilingual educator to launch and lead this program long-term.

Position Overview

The Lead Spanish Enrichment Instructor will plan and teach engaging small-group classes for children ages 2–5. This educator will work directly with the Founder of InfinityEd to shape the program, prepare weekly activities, create a positive learning environment, and build trusted relationships with local families.

This is an opportunity for someone who wants to grow as an educator, help build a meaningful community program, and eventually take on increased leadership within InfinityEd.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and lead weekly enrichment classes for small groups of homeschool children ages 2–5.
  • Teach beginner Spanish through songs, stories, games, movement, visuals, and everyday conversation.
  • Create hands-on, age-appropriate science experiments and discovery activities.
  • Lead creative art and maker projects connected to seasonal or classroom themes.
  • Adapt activities for different ages, learning levels, personalities, and developmental needs.
  • Foster a safe, welcoming, inclusive, and engaging group environment.
  • Prepare class materials, organize supplies, and maintain a clean learning space.
  • Communicate professionally with the InfinityEd team and participating families.
  • Track attendance, share brief class updates, and help refine programming based on family feedback.
  • Participate in occasional open houses, homeschool meet-and-greets, or community events to help grow enrollment.

Required Qualifications

  • Fluent or highly proficient in both Spanish and English.
  • At least one year of experience working directly with children ages 2–4 in a classroom, childcare, camp, homeschool, enrichment, tutoring, or youth-program setting.
  • Experience planning or leading age-appropriate activities in both science and art.
  • Ability to teach Spanish in a playful, encouraging, beginner-friendly way.
  • Strong classroom/group-management skills and a calm, positive approach with young children.
  • Reliable transportation and the ability to consistently work in person in the Wilbraham area.
  • Strong communication, organization, and follow-through.
  • Willingness to complete any required background checks and trainings.
  • Willingness to continue education and actively work toward a relevant certification in early childhood education, elementary education, bilingual education, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with young children and families or mixed-age groups.
  • Background in early childhood, elementary education, child development, Spanish, science, or art.
  • Experience using play-based, project-based, Montessori-inspired, or hands-on learning approaches.
  • Ability to create simple lesson plans and adjust them in the moment based on student needs.
  • Interest in growing into a year-round lead educator or program-development role.

What We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate is kind, energetic, creative, patient, and genuinely enjoys being around young children. They should be comfortable leading a group, getting messy during science and art projects, singing or playing simple Spanish-language games, and helping children feel confident, included, and excited to learn.

Most importantly, we are looking for someone who sees this as more than a part-time job: someone who wants to help build a meaningful homeschool community and grow alongside InfinityEd.

How to Apply

Please email your résumé and a short introduction to varna.naik@infinityed.us.

In your message, please include:

  • Your experience working with children ages 2-5

InfinityEd welcomes applicants from all backgrounds and is committed to creating a positive, inclusive learning environment for children and families.
