What You'll Do
- Perform general maintenance and repairs throughout the facility
- Assist with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry tasks
- Troubleshoot building and equipment issues
- Support safety, fire, and regulatory compliance
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents and staff
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in maintenance, facilities, construction, or skilled trades preferred
- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, and painting
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Healthcare or senior living experience is a plus
