Church Ministry Internship
The role would vary depending on the skills & spiritual giftings of the prospective intern as well as based on needs / requirements of each ministry hosting the internship (4 churches currently utilize Train To Serve). No specific educational requirements, but MMIN, MDIV, MTS and Biblical Studies majors are preferred.
Roles would be determined by working with the pastor to create a personalized intern ministry plan for the semester:
- Preaching / teaching, children’s ministry, youth, shepherding / church operations, missions, music, Train To Serve, etc.

Train To Serve wants to act as a bridge between ministry students and churches. The hope is that through the initiative, we'll be able to convince both sides (ministry students & churches) of the need for practical ministry experience internships.
