## Creative & Studio Assistant — Cosette di Ames**New York City · In person · Part-time, with potential to grow into a full-time role**
Cosette di Ames is an independent womenswear brand with a romantic, feminine aesthetic and a thoughtful approach to design.
We’re looking for a creative, organized, and resourceful assistant to support content creation, social media, and daily studio operations. As our first team member, you’ll have a varied, hands-on role with room to take initiative and grow with the brand.
A strong aesthetic eye is essential, along with the ability to work independently and give equal care to creating content and handling everyday tasks.
### What you’ll do
- Plan, film, and edit content for Instagram and TikTok, including styling videos, product features, and behind-the-scenes footage.- Collaborate on shoots and independently carry out smaller shoots, from preparation to final edits.- Capture garment details, textures, fit, and movement with attention to lighting and composition.- Manage social media content planning, captions, scheduling, and posting.- Write email marketing copy and product descriptions in the brand’s voice.- Pack and prepare customer orders with care and attention to presentation.- Organize inventory, track stock, and maintain an orderly studio.- Prepare garments, samples, and props for shoots.- Handle administrative tasks and support daily business operations.
### What we’re looking for
- **A background in fashion or design is required**, through education or relevant work experience.- A strong aesthetic eye and an understanding of Cosette di Ames’s visual identity.- Experience filming and editing short-form videos, with examples of your work.- Strong writing skills and attention to detail.- The ability to take initiative, manage priorities, and follow through independently.- A reliable, hands-on approach and willingness to handle both creative and operational work.- Availability to work in person in New York City.
