Childcare Aide

Bethlehem Lutheran School is looking for caring, dependable, and mission-minded Childcare Aides to join our growing team. This role is more than supervision—it’s about helping children feel safe, seen, and supported while they learn and grow.

We serve families who intentionally choose Bethlehem because of our small class sizes, strong relationships, and wrap-around support services. Many of our children come from vulnerable communities, and your presence each day plays a real role in shaping stability, confidence, and joy in their lives.

What You’ll Do

• Support daily classroom activities and routines
• Help create a safe, nurturing, and structured environment
• Build positive relationships with children, staff, and families
• Assist with learning, play, meals, and transitions
• Model patience, consistency, and care throughout the day

Who We’re Looking For

• Someone who genuinely enjoys working with children
• Reliable, attentive, and able to follow classroom routines
• Comfortable working as part of a team
• Prior childcare or education experience is a plus—but not required
• Students, career-changers, and emerging educators are welcome
