Clinical Care Coordinator (RN)

Northern Light Mercy Hospital is hiring a clinical care coordinator (RN) to join our Cardiology Clinic in beautiful Portland, Maine. In this full-time role, you’ll work closely with patients, families, physicians, and the care team to coordinate care, provide education and support, and help patients navigate their care from diagnosis and treatment planning through follow-up.
