As a Business Finance Advisor in our Long Island office, you’ll help small and mid-sized businesses find the funding they need to grow. All majors are welcome, and no finance or sales experience is required. We provide structured training and hands-on mentorship from day one.

Location: Rockville Centre, NY (Long Island), full-time, in office
What You’ll Learn
- How businesses use financing to grow, from SBA loans to revenue-based funding
- Consultative client work: asking the right questions and solving real problems
- Prospecting, pipeline building, and client relationship management
- Professional communication and negotiation with business owners
- How to set goals, track your results, and improve week over week
What You’ll Do
- Reach out to business owner: have conversations to understand each client’s funding needs
- Present financing options and follow up with interested clients
- Build your own pipeline of prospective clients
- Work alongside experienced advisors and mentors who coach you daily
