Aylor Athleisure — Student Social Media Freelancer (Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok)

Freelance • Up to $1,000/month • 10–15 hrs/week

About Aylor

Aylor is a fast‑growing women's athleisure brand built on intentional design, custom fabrics, and elevated essentials. We’re expanding our content team and looking for a college creator with a strong aesthetic eye and a natural feel for social storytelling across Instagram, Pinterest, and TikTok.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a college freelancer who can create, schedule, and manage content across our core platforms. You’ll work with existing brand assets, produce new short‑form content, maintain our premium aesthetic, and help grow Aylor’s digital presence.

This role is perfect for someone who:

Lives on Instagram, Pinterest, and TikTok

Has a strong visual sense and clean aesthetic

Enjoys creating Reels/TikToks and curating moodboards

Wants real brand experience and portfolio pieces

What You’ll Do

Create 3–5 weekly Reels/TikToks

Curate and schedule Instagram feed + stories

Build and maintain Pinterest boards that reflect Aylor’s aesthetic

Repurpose photos/videos into new formats

Manage weekly content calendars

Research trends across IG/Pinterest/TikTok

Light editing in CapCut, Canva, or Adobe

Track basic performance metrics (views, saves, engagement)

What We’re Looking For

Currently enrolled college student

Experience creating content for yourself, a club, or a brand

Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail

Comfortable with IG/TikTok editing tools

Familiar with Pinterest moodboard curation

Organized, reliable, and able to meet weekly deadlines

Able to work independently and communicate clearly

Bonus Skills (not required)

Photography or videography

Graphic design

Experience with apparel, fitness, or lifestyle brands
