Ultimate Ninjas Academy Deerfield is seeking an energetic, organized, and people-focused Operations & Program Manager to help lead daily operations at our youth obstacle and fitness facility.

This is a hands-on leadership position that combines coaching, customer service, team leadership, event management, and business operations. You'll work directly with children and families while gaining valuable experience managing programs, supporting staff, and helping drive a growing business.

This position is ideal for students or recent graduates pursuing careers in business, sports management, recreation, education, exercise science, psychology, marketing, hospitality, or youth development.

What You'll Do

• Coach kids on obstacle courses and lead fun, engaging fitness activities
• Help oversee daily facility operations and member experiences
• Supervise and support coaches and staff during shifts
• Assist with staff training and team development
• Support birthday parties, camps, classes, special events, and open gym programs
• Welcome families and provide exceptional customer service
• Handle registrations, waivers, memberships, and payments
• Assist with scheduling, staffing, and operational coordination
• Help grow memberships through community outreach and guest engagement
• Maintain a safe, clean, organized facility environment

• Comfortable working with children and families
• Leadership experience through school, sports, clubs, work, volunteering, or student organizations is a plus
• Interest in coaching, youth development, fitness, recreation, education, or business operations
• Ability to work evenings and weekends
• Must be at least 18 years old
