Game Host Job Description:
Our Game Host position is part hospitality, part game master – our Game Hosts do it all! This escape room job is an on-site position that is all about communication and enthusiasm. We are searching for people-focused, energetic individuals to ensure that all guests who step into The Escape Effect love every moment. Responsibilities:
- Greet/register Players in the Lounge; show them how important they are.
- Accurately reset between games.
- Share guest feedback with management.
- Consistently monitor games to provide players with timely and proper clues as needed.
- Occasional support with maintenance as well as basic cleaning/tidying.
- Become an integral part of our dynamic crew.
Proficiencies:
- Enthusiastic/Energetic team player – acting skills a plus.
- Strong written/verbal communication and basic math skills.
- Take critical feedback effectively without internalization.
- Must be able to squat, climb, and lift at least 20 pounds.
- Possess creative thinking with attention to detail.
- Must love puzzles and escape rooms.
Part-time schedules available; may include day/evening shifts/some holidays/weekends as needed.
Salary: Starting at $15.00/hour with opportunities for advancement, tips, and bonuses

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Customer Service: 2 years (Required)
- Bilingual Spanish/Portuguese (Preferred)
