About the Opportunity

We are seeking curious, analytical, and motivated interns to support our investment and portfolio activities. This opportunity offers exposure to private equity, search funds, entrepreneurship through acquisition, and the work of building businesses.

You will help research industries, evaluate acquisition opportunities, analyze financial performance, and develop insights that support investment decisions. Depending on active projects and your interests, you may also contribute to initiatives across our portfolio companies.

What You’ll Do

Research industries and markets: Assess market size, competitive dynamics, customer needs, and opportunities for growth or consolidation.

Evaluate investment opportunities: Review company materials and financial statements to understand business models, performance, and potential risks.

Support financial analysis: Build and refine models covering revenue, profitability, cash flow, valuation, and investment returns.

Assist with due diligence: Organize information, test assumptions, identify questions, and summarize findings for further investigation.

Prepare investment materials: Help develop company profiles, investment memoranda, and presentations that communicate a clear investment thesis.

Support deal sourcing: Identify acquisition targets and maintain organized research on companies and industries.

Contribute to portfolio projects: Analyze operating metrics and support initiatives involving growth, pricing, market expansion, and operational improvement.

Improve research workflows: Use Excel, research platforms, and AI tools thoughtfully, verifying sources and checking conclusions.

Who Should Apply

We welcome undergraduate students, graduate students, and recent graduates from all schools and academic backgrounds. Finance, accounting, economics, business, engineering, mathematics, and other analytical disciplines are relevant, but no particular major is required.

Prior experience in investing, consulting, investment banking, or financial modeling is helpful but not required. We are interested in how you think, what you have taken ownership of, and your willingness to learn.
