Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour

At Covey, you'll support adults with disabilities in small, home-based settings where you have the time to truly get to know the people you serve. Unlike larger care environments, our low staff-to-client ratios allow you to build genuine relationships and make a lasting impact every day.
No experience? No problem.
We can teach caregiving skills. What we can't teach is compassion, kindness, and a desire to help others live meaningful lives.
What You'll Do
Every day looks a little different, but you may:
- Assist with personal cares such as bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility support
- Help administer medications (training provided)
- Accompany individuals on community outings, appointments, and activities
- Bake, craft, exercise, play games, and share everyday moments together
- Build positive relationships with clients and their families
- Document daily activities and progress
- Create a welcoming, safe, and supportive environment
- Be the reason someone smiles, gains confidence, learns something new, or has a great day

What We're Looking For
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable and compassionate
- Willing to complete required paid training and CBRF certifications
- Ability to pass a background check
- Driver's license and acceptable driving record for certain positions
