RochesterCare Pharmacy, an independent community pharmacy, is seeking a caring, dependable pharmacist who enjoys providing personalized care and building relationships with patients.

We offer a full-time position of approximately 40 hours per week or a flexible part-time schedule. Typical weekday hours are 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with some shorter shifts and most weekends off.

Responsibilities:
• Accurately review and dispense prescriptions.
• Counsel patients on medications and their safe use.
• Coordinate with prescribers and support the pharmacy team.
• Support medication synchronization and multidose medication packaging.
• Maintain accurate records and follow applicable pharmacy requirements.

Qualifications:
• Active New York State pharmacist license.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and patient care skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a community pharmacy setting.
