We are looking for fashion-forward sales staff with opportunities to learn merchandising, buying, and potential for promotion. This is a part-time position based in Newport, Rhode Island and Nantucket, Massachusetts (onsite).

About the Role:Join our team as a Part-Time Sales Associate where you'll be on the floor selling, styling, and helping customers find pieces they love. This isn't just a retail job — it's a real entry point into the fashion industry with exposure to buying, merchandising, and store operations.

What you'll do:- Assist customers with product selection and styling advice- Drive sales through genuine product knowledge and enthusiasm for fashion- Support merchandising efforts including floor sets, displays, and visual presentation- Learn the basics of buying: product selection, vendor relations, and inventory management- Keep the sales floor organized, stocked, and visually compelling- Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed sales goals- Participate in training sessions on new product lines and fashion trends

About you:- A genuine interest in fashion and current trends- Strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with customers- Reliable, punctual, and a team player- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required- Eager to grow — we promote from within

Nice to have:- Coursework or background in fashion merchandising, retail management, or a related field- Experience with POS systems or inventory software- Styling or visual merchandising experience
