Based in Tysons Corner, VA, our brand is known for elevated experiences - whether it’s a visit to our Bracelet Bar Kiosk appointment, a buzzworthy pop-up, or a luxury brand collaboration.
Role Overview
We’re hiring for Jewelry & Brand Stylists to help us deliver unforgettable moments through permanent jewelry. This role blends client-facing service, sales, and hands-on artistry. You’ll guide customers through chain and charm selections, perform and support welding, and help create the warm, personalized vibe we’re known for.
Whether you’re styling a first-time visitor at our Tysons Corner location or supporting a full-scale event, you’ll play a vital role in shaping how people connect through our jewelry.
Key Responsibilities
- Style clients with permanent jewelry and ready-made pieces
- Perform or assist with permanent jewelry welds (we train you!)
- Guide customers through personalization and design choices
- Provide high-touch, friendly service in-studio and at events
- Maintain a clean, beautiful space that aligns with our aesthetic
- Support event setup, sales flow, and teardown as needed
- Upsell thoughtfully and speak confidently about materials & care
You’re a Great Fit If You...
- Love jewelry, fashion, and customer experience
- Are friendly, detail-oriented, and naturally stylish
- Thrive in social settings and work well under pressure
- Are open to learning welding (if not already trained)
- Are available weekends and occasional weekdays
- Are based in or near Northern VA
Requirements
- Ability to work a minimum of: 2 weekend events per month
- Ability to work a minimum of: 1 weekly Tysons Corner shift
- Drivers License + Vehicle to reliably transport yourself and gear to events
- Solutions, Oriented Team Player
- Ability to meet and maintain sales goals at commission events
- Desire to work with people
- Bright and joyful personality
- Strong conversational skills
