Through comprehensive assessments, tailored evaluations, and state-of-the-art facilities, we empower golfers of all ages and skill levels to achieve their goals in an engaging, high-energy environment.

Role Overview

As a Hospitality Associate, you are the face of The Golf Performance Center. Serving as the primary point of contact for members, academy students, and guests, you will play a crucial role in delivering a world-class experience from the moment someone steps through our doors.

Key Responsibilities

• Guest Experience & Front Desk Operations: Warmly greet members, academy students, and visitors; deliver exceptional, professional customer service in person and over the phone.
• Facility Operations: Execute daily opening and closing procedures to maintain seamless facility operations.
• Environment Maintenance: Conduct regular walkthroughs of simulator bays, member lounges, and outdoor practice areas to ensure pristine presentation, cleanliness, and accessibility.
• Pro Shop & Retail Management: Process sales transactions efficiently using our Point of Sale (POS) system and assist guests with Pro Shop inquiries.
• Food & Beverage Service: Prepare made-to-order protein shakes and beverage options for members and academy athletes.
• Student Transportation: Assist with safe local transportation for Academy students to and from facility locations as needed.
