After-School Instructor
Chase Youth Programs is hiring dependable, energetic college students and young professionals to lead after-school enrichment programs at schools throughout Metro Atlanta.
Instructors may lead programs such as tennis, pickleball, soccer, multi-sport, STEAM, art, leadership, community service, and other youth enrichment classes. Prior teaching or coaching experience is helpful, but we are also open to candidates who are responsible, confident working with children, and excited to gain hands-on experience in education, coaching, or youth development.
Most programs take place Monday through Thursday between approximately 2:30 and 5:00 PM. Instructors can typically work anywhere from one to four afternoons per week depending on their availability and our school schedules.
Pay is generally $30–$50 per hour for after-school programming, depending on the position, program, and experience.
Responsibilities include leading engaging and age-appropriate activities, supervising students, creating a positive and safe environment, communicating professionally with school staff and the CYP team, arriving on time and prepared, and helping with setup and cleanup as needed.
Applicants should have reliable transportation, strong communication skills, and a genuine interest in working with children. All instructors must complete required background checks and school-specific clearance requirements before beginning work.
This position is a strong fit for students studying education, psychology, business, sports management, kinesiology, exercise science, child development, or related fields, as well as students with backgrounds in athletics, coaching, camps, tutoring, childcare, or youth leadership.
Chase Youth Programs partners with schools and community organizations across Metro Atlanta to provide high-quality after-school, summer, athletic, STEAM, academic, and leadership programming. Our goal is to create meaningful experiences for students while giving instructors flexible, well-paid opportunities to develop real leadership and teaching experience.
