Quick brag: we launched NC Cabin Rentals in August 2025. A year later we're at 70+ homes, 800+ guest stays, and a 4.97-star average rating. This fall, Airbnb flew the top 200 pro hosts in North America to its Pro Host Summit and named us #1 in North America for growth and top 5 for guest quality out of about 70,000 professional hosts.
We're not slowing down. New homes come on board every month, our team keeps growing, and we need another Property Manager who's ready to run with us.
What You'll Actually Do
🔍 The White Glove Inspector. You walk into a freshly cleaned cabin and immediately spot the hair on the pillow, the remote hiding under the couch, and the bulb that just gave up. Nothing gets past you. You're the last line of defense before a guest walks in.
🏡 Keeper of the NCCR Standard. Crisp linens, a hot tub ready to go, a welcome kit on the counter. Every home, every stay.
🦸 The Hero. Smart lock jammed? Hot tub won't heat? Guest can't find the coffee filters? You show up, fix it, and turn a "hmm" into a 5-star review.
💬 Human, Not a Robot. You talk to guests like a real person: warm, fast and helpful. Zero "please be advised."
🔧 Home Whisperer. You work with our cleaners, hot tub techs and vendors to keep every home in top shape, all tracked in Breezeway.
🚀 New Home Launch Crew. You help bring new homes online with walkthroughs, setup, photo shoots and go-live. We usually launch within 48 hours of photos landing, so things move fast.
You Might Be Our Person If…
- You straighten crooked picture frames in other people's houses (and secretly enjoy it)
- You pick up a new app in 10 minutes, not 10 days. We'll teach you Hospitable, Breezeway and PointCentral, and we use AI tools daily, so if you already play with them, bonus points.
- You stay calm when things go sideways, because sometimes they will
- You get that hospitality happens on weekends and holidays, and you're cool with that
- You know the High Country and have a ride that can handle it in January (4WD/AWD strongly preferred)
- You have a bachelor's degree. Any major works. We just want people who think on their feet.

The Details
- Full-time, onsite in the NC High Country (in or near Boone/Banner Elk)
- $XX,000–$XX,000/year plus performance bonus
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Weekend and holiday availability
