Dependability and professional communication skills

Ability to maintain accurate nursing documentation

Reliable transportation to assigned patient locations

New graduates and newly licensed LPNs are encouraged to apply.

Experience in pediatrics, private duty nursing, home health, school nursing, developmental disabilities, rehabilitation or long-term care is helpful but not required for every patient assignment.

Build Your Nursing Experience

Private duty nursing is different from managing multiple patients on a busy floor. You'll have the opportunity to focus on one patient at a time, learn their individual needs, work closely with their family, and develop your assessment, documentation and patient-care skills.

For a new LPN, this can be an opportunity to build valuable clinical experience while receiving support from an experienced nursing team.

Marscare has provided home-care services since 1989, and we're continuing to expand our pediatric nursing program.
