Senior Business Analyst

Lynx Trading Technologies builds trading infrastructure for brokers: low-latency, highly technical, high-frequency-trading demanding. We're looking for a senior analyst who is equally credible with engineers and with institutional clients, and who can builds things to solve problems.

About 70% of your time is communication: leading client onboardings, gathering requirements and coordinating engineering, operations and compliance. About 30% is hands-on technical work: digging into data, prototyping tools, automating workflows and learning our platform well enough to challenge engineers.

What you'll do

  • Own client onboardings and integrations end-to-end, from kickoff and requirements to testing and go-live
  • Be the senior point of contact for brokers, institutional clients and venue partners
  • Turn business needs into clear requirements, user stories and process models (BPMN/UML)
  • Analyze trade and operational data, build dashboards, and catch problems before clients do
  • Build small tools, scripts and automations that save the team time
  • Learn our stack (FIX, APIs, Smart Order Routing) and explain it in plain language
  • Lead incident communication and root-cause follow-up with clients
  • Mentor junior analysts as the team grows

Who we're looking for

  • 5+ years as a Business/System Analyst in fintech, trading, capital markets or another complex technical domain
  • A clear, confident communicator with both senior clients and senior engineers
  • Hands-on technical skills: SQL plus Python or JS; AI, experience with REST APIs, ETL and dashboards (Grafana, Power BI, Metabase or similar)
  • Understanding of capital markets and how trading works; FIX or electronic trading experience is a strong plus
  • A track record of measurable impact: you can tell us what changed because of your work
  • Organized under pressure: you've run 5+ parallel projects without dropping anything
  • Degree in CS, Engineering, MIS, Finance, Economics, Math or a related field
  • Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship, now and in the future

The role

  • Full-time, in-office at our Miami Beach HQ
  • Start as soon as possible
  • Work directly with founders and lead engineers
  • Path into product, operations or client relationship leadership
