Fast Funds Group is a commercial finance company in Boca Raton. We help businesses of every size, from small local companies to large established operations, get the funding they need to grow. We fund over $10 million a month. We're hiring ambitious students and recent grads who want to learn sales from the ground up and get paid on what they produce.

No experience? Good. We'll teach you.

You don't need a finance background or a sales resume. We can't teach drive, competitiveness, and coachability. If you have those, we'll give you everything else: hands on training, daily coaching from top producers, and a steady flow of warm leads so you're never cold calling strangers.

What You'll Do

• Connect with business owners and decision makers by phone, text, and email to learn what their business needs
• Match them with the right funding solutions and guide them through the process
• Manage your own pipeline from first conversation to closed deal
• Build relationships that turn into repeat clients and referrals
• Learn a high income skill you'll use for the rest of your career

• One on one mentorship with experts in the business
• Warm leads provided daily
• Draw plus daily cash bonuses

Who This Is For

This role isn't for everyone. If you want a guaranteed, predictable paycheck and a quiet desk, this probably isn't your fit. If you were the captain, the competitor, the one who ran the club, or the person who worked through school and still showed up, we want to meet you.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00pm PM, in office in Boca Raton. This is not a remote position. WE WILL WORK WITH YOU SCHOOL SCHEDULE.

Qualifications

• Graduating senior, recent graduate, or soon to be graduate (any major)
• Confident communicator who is comfortable talking on the phone
• Competitive, self motivated, and coachable
• Able to work on site in Boca Raton
