Accounting Intern

At JG, you'll work alongside experienced accountants who are passionate about mentoring students and providing hands-on exposure to governmental accounting!
Many of our interns have gone on to join the firm full-time, and we're committed to creating an internship experience that is engaging, educational, and impactful.
No prior governmental accounting experience is required. In fact, most students have never been exposed to this specialty before. We're looking for accounting students who are curious, motivated, and eager to learn.
Internship Details
- Term: Spring Semester (January-May)
- Schedule: Flexible based on your class schedule
- Minimum Hours: 15 hours per week
- Location: In-person at our Westerville, Ohio office
Qualifications
- Sophomore, Junior, or Senior pursuing a degree in Accounting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to problem-solve and work independently
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
