Server

We are looking for an energetic, friendly, and service-focused Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming dining experience for our guests by providing attentive service, accurate order taking, and knowledgeable recommendations.

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced restaurant environment, and takes pride in providing excellent hospitality. The ideal candidate is dependable, professional, team-oriented, and comfortable working during busy evening service.

Important Schedule Requirement: Applicants must be available to work evening / Closing shifts. Availability for weekends and holidays may also be required based on business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and provide friendly, attentive, and personalized service throughout their visit.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using the restaurant's POS system.
• Provide guests with accurate information about menu items, ingredients, specials, and available options.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining proper presentation and service standards.
• Make appropriate menu recommendations and use upselling techniques to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
• Monitor assigned tables and respond promptly to guest requests throughout their visit.
• Clear, clean, and reset tables efficiently to maintain smooth service and accommodate new guests.
• Coordinate with kitchen and other restaurant staff to ensure orders are prepared and delivered accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with basic food preparation or other restaurant duties when needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area in accordance with food safety and sanitation requirements.
• Follow proper food handling, hygiene, and safety procedures at all times.
• Process cash and card payments accurately and perform basic cashiering duties when required.
• Address guest questions and concerns professionally and work with management to resolve issues promptly.
• Support the team in maintaining a welcoming, professional, and positive restaurant environment.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and service standards.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Previous server, restaurant, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in a full-service restaurant, fine dining, bar, or nightlife environment is a plus.
• Experience using restaurant POS systems such as Aloha, MICROS, OpenTable, or similar systems is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling practices.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Friendly, professional, energetic, and approachable personality.
• Ability to work efficiently and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail and service quality.
• Basic math skills and the ability to accurately handle payments and guest bills.
• Comfortable making menu recommendations and upselling when appropriate.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Must be available to work evening shifts.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays as required by the restaurant's schedule.
