Impact Energy Global funds, owns, and operates charging sites so commercial fleets can electrify with no upfront capital. Hardware is Tesla Supercharger. The first projects are in Mexico. The team is small.

You will build and maintain the project models, the monthly forecast, and the investor schedules. The work is FP&A on a live infrastructure book, not a class case.

You will:

• Update the project model: capital cost, utilization, utility step-ups, debt service, and cash flow
• Build monthly forecasts and variance notes against the board pack
• Prepare sources-and-uses, draw schedules, and simple waterfalls for investor calls
• Check investor materials against the model so the numbers match
• Pull operating inputs from the field team and flag what is missing

You should be able to build a three-statement or project-finance model in Excel without a template, write a one-page variance note, and say when a number is wrong. Spanish is useful. It is not required.
