Sales Team Opener
Priority Surplus LLC is an industry-leading company that is looking for an eager Sales Opener & Call Center Specialist to join our Surplus Recovery team. Priority Surplus is a fast-growing company that focuses on asset recovery opportunities in the distressed real-estate area. We are looking for focused individuals who have proven experience working in a call-center environment making a high volume of outbound phone calls, ideally as a fronter/opener. We are looking for a candidate who is also detail-oriented, computer-dexterous, organized, and efficient.
Our environment here at Priority Surplus is collaborative, fast-paced and fun. No certificate or license is needed. We're open to hiring current students and recent grads alike. Ideally, the candidate can work 25+ hours per week.
Duties
- Rapidly make a high volume of outbound calls and text messages to homeowners, using a pre-provided list of phone numbers and a pre-provided script.
- Get the correct person on the phone, provide a high-level introduction, and then transfer the call to the sales team who will then walk through the details of our services and close the deal.
- Occasionally answer inbound phone calls and direct the call towards the appropriate team-mate internally.
- Make updates in the internal software tool with details on the outbound calls made.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a role that requires performing a high volume of outbound phone calls
- A pleasant phone demeanor is required.
- Ability to work in a very focused and diligent manner
- Proven ability to achieve daily goals, multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft products and ability to learn proprietary software
- Bilingual is a plus (English and Spanish)
