Interns will work alongside experienced crews, gaining practical skills in landscape maintenance and installation. No prior experience is required—just a willingness to learn and a strong work ethic. Responsibilities Perform hands-on landscape maintenance tasks, including mowing, trimming, and seasonal care of client properties Assist with landscape enhancement and installation projects under the guidance of experienced team members Work outdoors as part of a collaborative crew, learning industry best practices Track progress and skill development through a structured milestones plan Participate in daily operations and contribute to the upkeep and improvement of various landscapes Qualifications Interest in landscaping, horticulture, or the trades Reliable, punctual, and ready to work outdoors in varying weather conditions No prior experience required—comprehensive training provided from day one Currently enrolled students are encouraged to apply Compensation This is a paid summer internship running from May 17 to August 6, 2027, in the Gibsonia, PA area.
