-Starting pay $70,405 to $83,897 based on experience

-Pension Base $92,786

-Specialty Pay up to $2,000 per year

-$1,200 Uniform Allowance

-College incentive pay

-Generous time off, 96 hours of PTO and 80 hours of vacation after 6 months, 12 floating holidays per year

-457b Deferred Compensation option

-Take home car program within Marion County and surrounding counties

-12-hour shifts
