About the Opportunity

Zones Cardio is expanding its affiliate network across the United States and is seeking motivated Affiliate Development Liaisons to introduce our affiliate program to gyms, personal trainers, coaches, fitness facilities, and fitness creators.

This opportunity is especially well suited for students and recent graduates interested in fitness, exercise science, sports performance, sales, marketing, business development, or entrepreneurship who want hands-on experience building professional relationships within the fitness industry.

Liaisons work independently to identify prospective affiliates, introduce them to Zones Cardio, explain the affiliate opportunity, and help interested partners enroll.

This is a commission-only independent contractor opportunity with flexible scheduling. There is no salary, hourly wage, or guaranteed compensation.

About Zones Cardio

Zones Cardio is a digital fitness platform offering structured, progressive 20-minute cardio workouts using four intuitive effort zones: Walk, Jog, Run, and Sprint.

The platform includes programs for general fitness, weight management, athletic conditioning, endurance, tactical fitness, and sport-specific training.

Zones Cardio's affiliate program allows gyms, trainers, coaches, and fitness creators to introduce the platform to their members, clients, or audiences and earn recurring commissions from qualifying subscriptions.

Expected Responsibilities

Affiliate Development Liaisons are responsible for independently developing affiliate relationships.

Responsibilities include:

• Identifying gyms, trainers, coaches, fitness facilities, and creators who may be a good fit for the Zones Cardio Affiliate Program
• Conducting outreach through professional relationships, email, phone, social media, networking, in-person conversations, or other appropriate channels
• Introducing prospective affiliates to Zones Cardio and explaining how the affiliate program works
• Communicating the benefits and appropriate use cases of Zones Cardio clearly and professionally
• Directing interested partners through the affiliate enrollment process
• Developing and maintaining professional relationships with prospective and enrolled affiliates
• Using approved Zones Cardio marketing, demonstration, and affiliate materials
• Accurately representing Zones Cardio, its products, and its affiliate program
• Tracking prospective and enrolled affiliate relationships using available program tools
• Following applicable Zones Cardio brand, marketing, and compliance guidelines

Zones Cardio handles subscriber payments, affiliate tracking, commission administration, technical support, and affiliate-program infrastructure so Liaisons can focus primarily on business development.

Experience with sales, personal training, coaching, fitness facilities, social media, or business development is helpful, but not required.

Essential Skills

Applicants must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be legally authorized to work and provide independent contractor services in the United States
• Have reliable access to a computer or smartphone and internet connection
• Be able to communicate professionally with prospective business partners
• Be comfortable independently initiating outreach and developing new relationships
• Be willing to learn the Zones Cardio platform and Affiliate Program
• Be able to follow Zones Cardio brand, marketing, and compliance requirements
• Understand and accept that this is a commission-only independent contractor opportunity with no guaranteed compensation

No specific college major is required.

Students and recent graduates studying exercise science, kinesiology, sports management, business, marketing, communications, entrepreneurship, or related fields are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Qualifications

Not required, but particularly valuable:

• Experience working in a gym or fitness facility
• Personal training or coaching experience
• Exercise science or kinesiology background
• Sales, customer service, or business-development experience
• Existing relationships with gym owners, trainers, coaches, or fitness creators
• Participation in athletics, strength and conditioning, or sports-performance environments
• Social media or digital marketing experience
• Previous commission-based or entrepreneurial experience

Compensation

Affiliate Development Liaisons earn 15% recurring commission on qualifying subscription revenue generated through affiliates they personally recruit, subject to the Zones Cardio Affiliate Development Liaison Agreement.

Zones Cardio affiliates currently earn 25% recurring commission on qualifying subscriptions attributed to them.

The model allows Liaisons to build a portfolio of affiliate relationships rather than earning only a one-time commission for each introduction.

For example, if affiliates attributed to a Liaison collectively generate $10,000 in qualifying subscription revenue during a month, the Liaison's 15% commission would equal $1,500 for that month.

This example is a mathematical illustration only and is not an earnings projection or guarantee.

Flexible, Independent Work

Liaisons determine their own schedules and how much time they devote to the opportunity.

Affiliate development can be conducted:

• Locally
• Remotely
• Through existing professional relationships
• Through digital outreach
• Or through a combination of approaches

There are no required weekly hours.

This flexibility can make the opportunity compatible with school, another job, coaching, training clients, internships, or other professional activities.

There is no salary, hourly wage, guaranteed number of hours, guaranteed number of leads, or guaranteed level of compensation.

Actual earnings depend entirely on qualifying subscription revenue generated through affiliates attributed to the Liaison.

Participation and commission eligibility are governed by the Zones Cardio Affiliate Development Liaison Agreement.
