About Hudson Dorms
Hudson Dorms offers furnished, all-inclusive student apartments near campus on 9-month academic year agreements. No broker fee, no security deposit, utilities covered, and guided roommate matching for students who don't have a group yet. We've been operating in Hoboken, NJ for 7 years and are launching at NYU for the Fall 2027 academic year. We're a small team of young people, including NYU alumni, looking for students who want to help their classmates find better housing.
Who we're looking for
- Current NYU freshmen, sophomore or junior
- Friendly and approachable, comfortable starting conversations with people you don't know
- Resourceful: you figure out answers and follow up rather than waiting to be told
- Reliable and organized with your schedule
- Must be authorized to work in the US
- Connected on campus through clubs, Greek life, study-away programs, or just a wide circle of friends (a plus, not required)
Pay and schedule
- $17/hour
- $200 referral bonus for every student you refer who signs up for Hudson Dorms housing, with no cap. Students you refer will also get $100
- About 6 hours per week, flexible around your classes
- Starts mid-October
