Risk/Reinsurance Broking
Aon is looking for soon-to-be graduates and recent graduates to join our Early Careers Launch Development Program as Brokers, with opportunities across Commercial Risk and Reinsurance. You do not need to be an insurance expert on day one. Through our Launch Program and on-the-job learning, you will learn how brokers help clients understand risk, navigate insurance and reinsurance markets, and make better decisions, that support resilience and growth.
As a Broker, you will build the skills, confidence and market knowledge needed to translate complex risk exposures into structured insurance programs and serve as a credible intermediary between clients and insurers.
As a Broker, you will build hands-on broking experience while developing an understanding of how risk, markets, clients and strategy come together to create value for clients. Technology, including AI, Aon’s risk analyzers and global delivery teams increasingly support routine execution, allowing Brokers to focus earlier on commercial judgment, market strategy and client value.
Qualifications:
- College Seniors graduating between Spring 2026 to Spring 2027 with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
- Please Note: For this role you must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
We are looking for candidates who are curious, motivated and excited to learn. Through the Launch Program, you will continue developing the same skills and capabilities that support a successful broking and advisory career, including:
- An interest in business, risk, insurance, reinsurance, analytics, finance, economics, client service or global markets.
- A desire to pursue a career in Commercial Risk and/or Reinsurance - Broking.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with a range of stakeholders.

- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Confidence using technology and a willingness to learn new tools, internal AI platforms and technology-enabled ways of working.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
