Kickstart your career with a global leader in life sciences innovation! We are seeking an entry-level Product Engineer to join our dynamic Filtration Research and Development team. In this hands-on lab role, you will contribute directly to the design, development, and testing of novel solid/liquid separation and filtration technologies used in manufacturing life-saving therapeutic biopharmaceuticals.
Responsibilities
- Operate injection molding equipment to manufacture prototype filter devices for lab testing.
- Perform hands-on filtration testing and troubleshooting of novel components for bioprocessing applications.
- Apply solid chemistry and engineering principles to assist in developing next-generation clarification products.
- Analyze lab data using statistical software and maintain detailed technical documentation and reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional R&D teams to ensure project milestones and timelines are met.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering (recent graduates / "Green Grads" highly encouraged to apply).
- Basic laboratory skills in chemistry or biochemistry.
- Proficiency in data processing and statistical analysis tools (Microsoft Office, Minitab).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior hands-on filtration testing or process development experience.
- Exposure to bioreactor operation, cell culture techniques, or chemical synthesis.
- Experience with simulation software or lab automation.
