Education Lead
The Education Lead will play a central role in translating ARK Educate’s vision into coherent, meaningful experiences for students and educators. This person will help shape and strengthen the content and progression of ARK’s educational offerings, support teachers in bringing them to life, and work closely with school partners to ensure that the work is both ambitious in purpose and effective in practice.
The role combines educational judgment with operational discipline. The Education Lead will lead key aspects of partner implementation and maintain the systems, documentation, timelines, and follow-through that move high-quality work from idea to practice.
Working closely with ARK Educate’s Managing Director, Heads of Education, and broader team, the Education Lead will engage confidently with educators and school leaders while moving fluidly between strategic thinking and hands-on execution. The strongest candidate will be collaborative, warm, direct, highly organized, and intellectually curious.
