Lead Board Certified Behavior Analyst

$5,000 - Sign on bonus:

  • Eligible to BCBAs in IBHS that are *hired for a minimum of 25 billable hours.
    • Bonus of $2,500: 1st installment is after the first billable of 25 billable hours. Second installment of $2,500 issued 90 days after hire with continued 25 billable hours.

Pay - Salary: $92,000-$103,000 (based on BCBA experience after BCBA certification)

  • Full-time 12 month position, generous PTO accrual and paid holidays

PAID CREDENTIALS - Eliminating upfront costs for necessary clearances & TB screening

SUMMARY:

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst / BCBA will lead ABA-based clinics within a school setting. These clinics provide Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS) to children aged 3-5, integrating closely with early intervention services. This full-day program aims to ensure a seamless transition between pre-school special education classrooms and the clinic setting, promoting continuous skill development.

  • Locations: ABA clinics coming to Engle Education Center in West Grove, PA and Child & Career Development Center in Coatesville, PA
  • Schedule: Approximately 8am - 4pm based on student enrollment

 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide assessment, program design, monitoring and supervision
  • Facilitate services to meet the individualized needs of clients by working in a cross-collaborative effort with multiple service entities
  • Flexibility to travel into the home/community settings to conduct assessments
  • Act as clinical leader and develop a treatment plan
  • Will provide direct supervision to staff, monitor staff performance, provide direct clinical feedback and determine staff development needs
  • Review clinical notes to monitor the on-going progress of clients
  • Conduct service intakes for clients to gain a clinical understanding of their educational, behavioral, and medical needs to assist in identifying the appropriate staff and eligibility for services
  • Coordinate resources to enhance the well-being of the child and overall family functioning
  • Assist in problem solving when conflicts arise over behavioral paradigms in other involved systems
  • Troubleshoot with the team when behavior interventions are seen as ineffective for the child or family

Requirements

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:

  • Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - active
  • PA Behavior Specialist License  (LBS)- active
  • Demonstrated work experience with children with ASD
  • Experience working in a school or clinical setting with early intervention programs
