Partners4Wellness, a nonprofit serving Orange County since 1957, is seeking compassionate and dedicated Case Managers, Group Leaders, and Counselors to join our DUI and Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) program in Irvine.
We welcome candidates with experience, education, or professional backgrounds in areas such as case management, counseling, criminal justice, human services, behavioral health, substance use disorders, group facilitation, health care, education, or related fields.
Our team provides DUI and MAT education, case management, counseling, group facilitation, and intervention services. We are looking for motivated professionals who enjoy helping others, guiding participants through program requirements, and supporting positive behavioral and lifestyle changes.

Position Summary
The Case Manager, Group Leader and/or Counselor provides professional case management, counseling, group facilitation, education, and guidance to DUI and MAT program participants.
Under the direction of the Program Manager, this position supports participants in successfully navigating program requirements while providing education, resources, guidance, and opportunities for positive behavioral change.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide case management, counseling and/or group facilitation to DUI and MAT program participants.
- Assess participant needs and guide participants toward successful program completion.
- Monitor participant attendance, activities, documentation, and progress.
- Maintain complete and accurate participant files and records.
- Facilitate group sessions related to alcohol, substance use, behavior, and lifestyle choices.
- Conduct face-to-face counseling activities as assigned.
- Assist with participant enrollments, transfers, reinstatements, and other program-related activities.
- Help participants remain current with required program activities and payments.
- Identify participant needs and provide referrals to appropriate community and ancillary services.
- Assist with maintaining and updating DUI and MAT resources, group topics, and educational curriculum.
- Work collaboratively with program staff to provide consistent, professional, and participant-centered services.
- Carry out applicable provisions of Title 9 and State and County DUI program guidelines.
Qualifications & Experience
- Preferred education and/or professional background in areas such as criminal justice, human services, behavioral health, substance use disorders (SUD), health care, education, or a related field.
- Experience providing case management, counseling, group facilitation, alcohol and drug education, substance use disorder (SUD) services, or other related client services.
- Ability to facilitate small-group sessions and work effectively within a team environment.
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
- Cultural competency and the ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
