Position Overview
The Casper Spuds are seeking outgoing, organized, and customer-focused Ticketing & Group Sales Interns to join our organization for the 2027 summer baseball season.
This internship provides hands-on experience in sports ticket sales, group sales, customer relations, sales operations, event coordination, marketing, and fan experience within a minor league-style collegiate summer baseball organization.

The position extends beyond simply processing transactions at a ticket window. The ideal candidate enjoys interacting with people, communicates confidently, is comfortable initiating conversations, and wants to learn how ticket sales, customer relationships, and memorable fan experiences drive the business side of sports.

Why Intern with the Casper Spuds?
Every full ballpark starts with someone giving a fan a reason to come through the gates.
As a Ticketing & Group Sales Intern, you'll learn how sports organizations turn interest into attendance—and how a ticket purchase can become a long-term relationship between a team and its fans.
You'll have opportunities to work with individual fans, season ticket holders, businesses, organizations, families, and community groups while learning how to identify what a customer is looking for and connect them with the right Spuds experience.
And your involvement doesn't stop when the sale is complete.
You'll also help coordinate group experiences, support ticket holders on game day, work the ticket and will-call windows, assist with special events, and see firsthand whether the experience you helped sell delivers for the customer.
That means you'll experience the process from first conversation → sale → game-day experience → customer relationship.
Whether your goal is to work in professional sports, sales, marketing, hospitality, event management, or business development, this internship provides an opportunity to develop skills that translate well beyond the ballpark.
