What you'll do
- Lead daily restaurant operations to meet McDonald's standards for quality, service, and cleanliness
- Manage the restaurant P&L, including sales, labor, food cost, and controllable expenses
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop crew and shift managers using McDonald's Gold Standard training
- Build schedules that meet labor targets and guest demand
- Oversee inventory, ordering, and cash-handling procedures
- Enforce food safety, workplace safety, security, and company policies, and maintain health department and labor law compliance
- Monitor guest feedback and drive improvements in speed of service and guest satisfaction
- Conduct performance reviews, coaching, and corrective action for the management team
- Partner with the operations team to set and achieve restaurant goals

Experience
- 2 years of college or restaurant management experience preferred; quick-service (QSR) experience a plus
- Experience managing sales, labor, and food cost targets preferred
- ServSafe Manager certification, or ability to obtain it after hire
- Proven ability to lead, train, and develop a team
- Basic computer skills (POS, scheduling, email)
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
What's in it for you
- Starting pay of $56,000 – $65,000 per year, based on experience
