Assistant Program Director

The Assistant Program Director gets to serve as a vital ministry leader, driving the daily pulse of camp operations while cultivating a Christ-centered community for campers and staff alike. Working in close partnership with the Program Director, you’ll do this through balancing administrative leadership with active, high-energy program execution. From mentoring counselors and resolving higher-level camper concerns to leading daily staff briefings and facilitating worship, you’ll ensure that every aspect of the summer runs safely, smoothly, and intentionally.
